James Franco‘s sexual misconduct lawsuit has been settled.
Franco, who taught an appearing class at Studio 4 — the movie faculty he based — was accused by college students of placing them in gratuitous and exploitive sexual conditions.
Students filed a class-action lawsuit, saying Franco pushed the category into performing intimate and specific intercourse scenes in an “orgy type setting” … one thing that went approach past the pale of taking pictures such scenes.
The class in query was referred to as a grasp class on intercourse scenes.
Both sides introduced the settlement to the trial decide, though the phrases of the settlement weren’t disclosed. Specifically, there’s no point out of cash.
Franco opened the college in 2014. It shut down 3 years later.
