Felicity Huffman and William H. Macy Return to Court in College Bribery Case

Felicity Huffman, William H. Macy

Felicity Huffman and William H. Macy confirmed up on the Downtown L.A. federal courthouse Friday morning, in reference to the faculty bribery case.

It’s unclear why they needed to return to the courthouse, but it surely’s doubtless in reference to the $250ok bond they needed to submit so Felicity might stay free pending trial.

The feds say Huffman and Macy made a charitable contribution of $15ok to take part in a school entrance dishonest scheme on behalf of their eldest daughter. The indictment says the woman was given twice the period of time to take the SAT as different college students and the paid proctor agreed to secretly right the examination afterward.

Macy has not been charged, however Huffman faces 5 years in jail if convicted.

They have been mum on their approach into the courthouse.
